We are a multidisciplinary lab interested in the metabolism of intestinal stem cells, cancer and metabolic diseases. Our work is inspired by clinical puzzles, and we employ a wide array of single-cell transcriptomics, spatial metabolomics, organoid and in vivo approaches, with the vision and mission of understanding how the metabolism of stem cells is wired in homeostasis and in cancer.
